Create 3D look with gradient and bevel filters.

To create 3D look select the object with the pointer tool and apply "Image" > "3D Filter" > "Diagonal Gradient" and "Rectangular Bevel" filters.

Reflection Effect

Choose "Image" > "3D Filter" > "Reflection" to create reflections:
